All orders are shipped on standard business days Monday – Friday. Shipping does not occur on Public Holidays In the sate of our online fulfillment center.

Customs, duties, and taxes

BK Racing Australia PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BK Racing Australia PTY LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to all countries that are available through our online store.

Returns Policy

Any purchased parts returned have to be unused, have no damage or seen wear marks on all products and need to have been purchased from BK Racing Australia PTY LTD. Products needed to be returned within 14 days of purchase with full documentation of proof of purchase. The part can be exchanged for another product or if the difference is greater the value will be made up from the purchaser or from the BK Racing Australia PTY LTD if it’s a lesser value. All returns will be sent back at the cost of the purchaser. Refunds can take up to 14 days.
