This kit suits this particular top wing tree with the wing ram to tree having a 5/16 hole size we added a 5/16 ID - 3/8 OD sleeve to fit inside your wing ram heim.
This kit contains
4x 3/8 unf 3/4" long 9/16 hex
1x 5/16 unf 1 3/4" long 1/2 hex
4x 3/8 unf nyloc locking nuts
1x 5/16 unf nyloc nut
1x 5/16 ID - 3/8 OD titanium sleeve
Please double check you wing tree does have the 5/16 gusset for your wing ram to wing tree
